Abstract

Amenore adalah kondisi tidak terjadinya menstruasi dalam periode yang dianggap tidak normal dan merupakan gejala dari gangguan medis atau psikologis tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara self-diagnosis dengan tingkat kecemasan pada PSK yang mengalami amenore di Lokalisasi Pulau Baai RT.08 Sumber Jaya, Bengkulu. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner self-diagnosis dan Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) menggunakan uji korelasi Kendall Tau. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukan bahwa mayoritas responden berada pada usia remaja akhir yaitu sebanyak 19 orang (59.4%) dengan mayoritas pendidi- kan terbanyak SD 17 orang (53,1%). Mayoritas self-diagnosis sedang 20 orang (62,5%) serta kecemasan terbanyak kecemasan ringan 21 orang (65,6%). Hasil analisis bivariat dengan uji Kendall’s Tau menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi (τ) adalah -0,372 dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0,038 (p < 0,05). Terdapat hubungan antara self-diagnosis dan tingkat kecemasan pada Pekerja Seks Komersial (PSK) yang mengalami amenore di Lokalisasi Pulau Baai RT.08 Sumber Jaya, Bengkulu
