Abstract
Berdasarkanl data daril Dinas Kesehatanl Provinsi Bengkulul tahun l2023, dari 179l Puskesmas yangl menyebar dil 10 Kabupaten/ Kotal di Provinsil Bengkulu telahl menyelenggarakan kelasl ibu hamill (100%). Namunl demikian tingkatl partisipasi ibul hamil dalaml program kelasl ibu hamill di Bengkulu masihl tergolong lrendah. Tujuanl penelitian inil untuk mengetahuil hubungan karakteristikl ibu dan dukunganl suami denganl kunjungan kelasl ibu hamil di Puskesmasl Kuala Lempuingl Kota lBengkulu. Desainl penelitian menggunakanl kuantitatif denganl metode cross lsectional. Populasi adalahl seluruh ibul hamil periodel Januari-Juni l2025, 30 ibu lhamil. Teknik sampell menggunakan totall sampling, denganl sekunder, datal dikaji denganl analisis univariatl dan bivariatl dengan ujil chi squarel (X 2 ) dan contingencyl coefficient (cl). Hasill analisis univaiatl menunjukkan 20l (66,7%) ibul hamil denganl kunjungan kelasl ibu hamill baik, 13 (l43,3%) ibu hamill dengan pengetahuanl baik, 16l (53,3%) ibul hamil denganl pendidikan ltinggi, 18 (l60,0%) ibu hamill dengan paritasl multipara danl 17 (l56,7%) ibu hamill dengan dukunganl suami tidak lmendukung. Hasill analisis bivariatel menunjukkan adal hubungan pengetahuanl dengan kunjunganl kelas ibu hamill p = 0,013, adal hubungan pendidikanl dengan kunjunganl kelas ibul hamil p = l0,028, ada hubunganl paritas denganl kunjungan kelasl ibu hamill p = 0,048l dan adal hubungan dukunganl suami denganl kunjungan kelasl ibu hamill p = l0,013. Hendaknyal puskesmas melibatkanl kader kesehatanl agar lebihl lebih aktifl lagi dalaml menghimbau
