Abstract
This research design focuses on a comprehensive analysis of video content and public interactions occurring on the Tik Tok account @helmihasanChannel. Primary data were collected through participant observation and online document studies, including video transcripts and screenshots of user comments. This study employs Todd Gitlin's Framing Theory, shows that @helmihasanChannel successfully utilizes the unique characteristics of TikTok to create emotional connections with the public. This can be seen through the use of a relaxed communication style and everyday narratives. The uploaded content covers issues related to infrastructure development and social assistance programs, which significantly stimulate public responses in the form of comments and likes. The use of Tik Tok features such as background music, filters, effects, duet, and stitching also enhances the attractiveness of the content. Content framing strategies are employed to build positive public perceptions, such as presenting road construction as tangible evidence of performance.
