Abstract
This study aimed to determine the income, business efficiency, and feasibility of the ground coffee processing business at Hasbi Coffee Enterprise in Air Batang Village, Nasal District, Kaur Regency. The research was conducted from April to May 2026 using a case study approach. The respondent was selected through purposive sampling, involving one owner of Hasbi Coffee. The data consisted of primary data collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires, as well as secondary data obtained from relevant institutions. Data were analyzed using income analysis, Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio), and Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio).The results showed that the total production cost was IDR 1,096,017 per month, while the total revenue reached IDR 7,800,000 per month, resulting in a net income of IDR 6,703,983 per month. The R/C Ratio was 7.1, indicating that the business was efficient because the ratio was greater than one (R/C > 1). The B/C Ratio was 6.1, indicating that the business was financially feasible because the ratio exceeded one (B/C > 1). In conclusion, the Hasbi Coffee ground coffee processing business generates profitable income, operates efficiently, and is financially feasible to be further developed as a coffee-based agroindustry in Air Batang Village, Nasal District, Kaur Regency.
