Abstract
Kompos kulit kopi merupakan limbah pertanian yang banyak belum di manfaatkan oleh petani untuk pembuatan kompos. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kandungan fraksi serat (Acid Detergent Fiber, Neutral Detergent Fiber, Selulosa). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lahan UPTD-PPT IB Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan. Provinsi Bengkulu dimulai dari 20 Juli 2024 sampai April 2025, dan lokasi analisis laboratorium Institute Pertanian Bogor. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan rancangan acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan penelitian meliputi Setiap petakan memeliki 9 rumpun rumput pakchong Perlakuan yang di gunakan yaitu P0 = (tanpa kompos kulit kopi), P1 = (mengunakan kompos kulit kopi 10 ton/ha), P2 = (menggunakan kompos kulit kopi 20 ton/ha) P3 = (mengunakan kompos kulit kopi 30 ton/ha). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata Acid Detergent Fiber pada P0 = 41,14 a, P1= 39,78 b, P2= 39,05 bc, P3 = 38,09 c. Sedangkan rata-rata Neutral Detergent Fiber pada P0= 62,09 a, P1= 61,10 b, P2= 60,30 c, dan P3 = 59,77 c. Rata-rata pada selulosa P0= 35,26 a, P1= 34,13 b, P2= 32, 96 c, P3 = 32,43 c. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa kandungan Acid Detergent Fiber, Neutral Detergent Fiber, Selulosa yang terdapat di dalam limbah kulit kopi sebagai pupuk kompos berpengaruh sangat nyata untuk pertumbuhan rumput pakchong.
