Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS) at the School Health Unit (UKS) of SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The evaluation results indicate that in terms of context, the PHBS program aligns with school needs and relevant regulations, but policy dissemination has not been uniform. In the input aspect, the availability of human resources and facilities is adequate, though facility distribution and maintenance need improvement, and further training for program implementers is still required. Regarding the process, all PHBS indicators have been implemented through various activities such as counseling, community service, and visual campaigns that actively involve students. However, the system for evaluating and documenting these activities is not systematic, so monitoring results are not fully utilized to improve the program. In the product aspect, PHBS implementation shows a positive impact, including increased student awareness and the creation of a cleaner school environment. Nevertheless, changes in student behavior are not yet consistent, and program success has not been measured systematically. In conclusion, although the PHBS program at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu is running, its implementation is not optimal in every aspect of the evaluation. Improvements are needed, including comprehensive policy dissemination, digitalization of health data, increased competency for implementers, and the involvement of students as agents of change. These steps are expected to make the PHBS program more effective and sustainable.
