Abstract
The problem in this study is the character education values in the novel 4 Masa 1 Mimpi by Agam Fachrul and Wahyudi Pratama. The purpose of this study is: to find out in detail about the character education values in the novel 4 Masa 1 Mimpi by Agam Fachrul and Wahyudi Pratama. The benefits of this research are divided into two, namely theoretical benefits, namely, the results of this study are expected to be used as a review to understand the Values of Character Education in the Novel 4 Masa 1 Mimpi by Agam Fachrul and Wahyudi Pratama and provide contributions to the development of literary works and practical benefits, namely, for readers, for students, and for further researchers. The data in this study are in the form of quotations containing the values of character education of the characters in the novel 4 Masa 1 Mimpi by Agam Fachrul and Wahyudi Pratama. The data collection technique for this study is the Library study technique. The results of this study are the values of character education in the novel 4 Masa 1 Mimpi by Agam Fachrul and Wahyudi, totaling 192 data on the values of character education of the characters in it with 14 types of character education values and 4 character values that are not in the novel, because indeed the 4 values of character education when the researcher read the novel as a whole were not reflected in the characters in the novel 4 Masa 1 Mimpi by Agam Fachrul and Wahyudi Pratama.
