Abstract
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Informan berjumlah 10 orang, yang terdiri dari ketua, pengurus, anggota bank sampah, dan masyarakat yang belum mengikuti kegiatan bank sampah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran masyarakat mulai terbentuk, tetapi penerapannya belum konsisten. Keterlibatan masyarakat juga belum merata. Kegiatan bank sampah meliputi pemilahan, penyetoran, penimbangan, pencatatan, dan penyaluran sampah, tetapi penyetoran sampah belum dilakukan secara rutin. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran masyarakat telah terbentuk, tetapi belum sepenuhnya diwujudkan dalam keterlibatan yang konsisten. Pengelola disarankan meningkatkan sosialisasi dan pengelolaan kegiatan bank sampah, sedangkan anggota diharapkan lebih aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan. Peneliti selanjutnya disarankan memperluas jumlah informan dan aspek penelitian. Kata Kunci: Bank Sampah, Kesadaran Masyarakat, Keterlibatan Masyarakat, Pengelolaan Sampah. This study aimed to analyze community awareness, community involvement, and the implementation of activities at Srikandi 22 Waste Bank in Sidomulyo Urban Village. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The informants consisted of 10 people, including the head and management of the waste bank, waste bank members, and community members who had not participated in waste bank activities. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that community awareness had begun to develop, but its implementation was not yet consistent. Community involvement was also uneven. Waste bank activities included waste sorting, waste depositing, weighing, recording, and waste distribution. However, waste deposits were not carried out regularly by all members. In conclusion, community awareness had been established, but it had not been fully translated into consistent involvement in waste bank activities. The waste bank management is recommended to improve socialization and waste management activities, while members are encouraged to participate more actively and consistently. Future researchers are recommended to involve a broader range of informants and examine additional aspects of community awareness and waste bank activities.
