Abstract
This research aims to determine the resolution of the handling policies carried out by the Regional Government regarding conflicts between street vendors and the Regional Government of Bengkulu City at Panorama Market. With the problem of traders who do not comply with the regulations that have been set by the government in Bengkulu City Regional Regulation No. 03 of 2008 concerning Public Order and Bengkulu City Area. This research uses qualitative research methods, with a case study approach, research informants were determined using purposive sampling techniques. Research data was collected through data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this research show that Handling Evaluation produces policy-relevant knowledge about discrepancies between expected policy performance and what is actually produced, so this helps policy making at the assessment stage policy towards the policy making process. With the indicators of Evaluation of Effectiveness,Efficiency, Adequacy, Fairness, Responsiveness and Determination, the government can issue policies by making agreements and legal policies through the civil service police unit (satop pp) and the Bengkulu city government. Meanwhile for regular control Big will cooperate with related parties such as the TNI and Polri, in order to maintain comfort and order so that people can shop easily and transportation flows smoothly
