Abstract

Marriage administration at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) that still uses manual methods causes various problems, such as delays in service, errors in recording, and lack of efficiency in managing data. Using a web-based application is considered a solution to improve the effectiveness and transparency of public services. This study aims to design a web-based marriage administration service application by implementing the DevOps method, so that the system development and operation processes can run continuously and be integrated, and it is expected to improve data accuracy, work process efficiency, and the system's ability to respond to user needs and regulatory changes. The research has successfully mapped the functional and non-functional system requirements to overcome KUA administrative problems and designed the system based on the mapped requirements.
