Abstract

Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) merupakan program pemerintah yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemenuhan gizi peserta didik melalui pendistribusian makanan ke sekolah-sekolah secara rutin. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pada Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) Teluk Segara Berkas, proses penentuan rute distribusi masih dilakukan secara manual berdasarkan pengalaman pengemudi, sehingga sering menghasilkan jalur yang kurang optimal, waktu tempuh lebih panjang, dan konsumsi bahan bakar meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pendistribusian paket MBG berbasis web yang menerapkan Algoritma Dijkstra untuk menentukan rute distribusi terpendek pada SPPG Teluk Segara Berkas. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall, dengan bahasa pemrograman Python, framework Flask, basis data SQLite, serta Leaflet.js untuk visualisasi peta digital berbasis OpenStreetMap. Algoritma Dijkstra diterapkan untuk menentukan urutan kunjungan optimal ke 19 titik pemberhentian unik dari total 22 titik yang terdata, sekaligus menghitung estimasi total waktu operasional (waktu tempuh dan waktu pelayanan) serta estimasi konsumsi dan biaya bahan bakar. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan rute sistem menempuh jarak total 7,390 Km, lebih pendek dibandingkan rute manual sebesar 14,715 Km, dengan tingkat efisiensi jarak tempuh sebesar 49,8%. Pengujian black box terhadap 8 skenario fungsi utama sistem menunjukkan seluruh fungsi berjalan valid sesuai kebutuhan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini terbukti mampu membantu proses pendistribusian Paket MBG di SPPG Teluk Segara Berkas menjadi lebih terstruktur. The Free Nutritious Mea l(MBG) program is a government initiative aimed at improving students’ nutritional intake through the regular distribution of nutritious meals to schools. Based on observations conducted at the nutritional fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) Teluk Segara Berkas, the distribution routes were determined manually based on drivers’ experince, often resulting in inefficient routes, longer travel times, and increased fuel consumption. This study aimed to develop a web-based distribution system for the MBG program by implementing the Dijkstra Algorithm to determine the shortest distribution routes at SPPG Teluk Segara Berkas. The System was developed using the Waterfall model, Python programming language, the Flask framework, Sqlite database, and Leaflet.js integrated with OpenStreetMap for digital map visualization. The Dijkstra Algorithm was applied to determine the optimal visiting sequence across 19 unique delivery points out of 22 recorded locations, while also calculating the estimated total operational time (travel and service time), fuel consumpting, and fuel costs. The results showed that the system-generated route covered a total distance of 7.390 Km, which was considerably shorter than manually determined route of 14.715 Km, achieving a travel distance efficiency of 49.8%. Black Box testing conducted on eight main functional scenarios demonstrated that all system functions operated successfully and met the specified requirements. Therefore, the proposed system effectively supports a more structured and efficient distribution process for the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) Program at Teluk Segara Berkas.
