Abstract
This research aims to investigate the legal role of women in palm oil palm plantations in the village of Alnyalr Hamlet, Kecalmaltaln Pondok Kubalng, Kalbupalten, Bengkulu, Central Java. This research is qualitative research that is primarily descriptive in nature. Instruments for daltal aldallalh observation in walwalncalral. The theory used in this research is the theory of structural functionalism which was put forward by Robert K. Merton. In this research, there were informally 10 people as the main subjects. The technique for collecting samples is purposive sampling. The results of this research shed light on the nature of women's activities in going out. Malsyalralkalt Village of ALnyalral village generally supports women who work in palm oil palm plantations. This hall is a center for women's participation in social workers and supports the family economy in terms of education and social services. However, the negative impact of these workers is that these workers practically eliminate their own social space. Kalrenal work as salwit palm plantation workers, they do not have time to get involved in activities specifically for women in the village, such as PKK activities and traffic social activities. Based on the theory of structural functionalism theory which is used to analyze, it is known about women's sexual roles, the assumptions in this theory are: a) structural aspect: b) functional aspect.
