Abstract
This research was conducted at the Rare Flora Conservation Park of Bengkulu Province that serves as an ex-situ habitat for the rare plant Amorphophallus titanum Becc, commonly known as the corpse flower. The study aimed to identify the types of insects visiting the corpse flower. The research employed a qualitative method with an exploratory survey approach and descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out through direct capture using insect nets and observations at three different times of the day: morning, noon, and afternoon. The results revealed 15 insect species from 11 families belonging to four major orders, namely Diptera, Hymenoptera, Coleoptera, and Hemiptera. The most dominant order was Diptera, represented by five species from four families. The highest number of individuals recorded was Polyrhachis dives (6 individuals), while the lowest were Eudasyphora cynella and carpenter ants (Camponotus sp.), with one individual each.
