Abstract

Menarche merupakan peristiwa penting dalam kehidupan remaja perempuan yang menandai dimulainya masa pubertas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan tingkat kecemasan siswi umur 9–13 tahun dalam menghadapi menarche di SDN 111 Bengkulu Utara. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif cross-sectional dengan 36 responden dan analisis data mengunakan uji chi-square. Hasil univariat didapatkan 83,3% siswi berpengetahuan baik, dan mayoritas (52,8%) mengalami kecemasan berat. Hasil uji bivariat menunjukkan nilai p = 0,000 (p kurang dari 0,05), yang berarti ada hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan dan kecemasan dalam menghadapi menarche. Kesimpulannya, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan tingkat kecemasan dalam menghadapi menarche, Hasil ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi sekolah dan orang tua dalam memberikan edukasi kesehatan reproduksi sejak dini.
