Abstract
Harga Diri Rendah adalah mengkritik diri sendiri, perasaan tidak mampu, pandangan hidup yang pesimis, penurunan produktifitas, penolakan terhadap kemampuan diri. Rekam Medik RSKJ mencatat kasus pasien yang mengalami Harga Diri Rendah juga mengalami peningkatan yaitu pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 8 orang, pada tahun 2023 sebanyak 13 orang dan pada tahun 2024 sebanyak 17 orang. Tujuan Karya Ilmiah ini untuk mengetahui Asuhan Keperawatan dan Terapi Afirmasi Positif Pada Pasien Dengan gangguan konsep diri harga diri rendah di Ruang Rawat Inap Camar Rumah Sakit Khusus Jiwa Soeprapto Provinsi Bengkulu tahun 2025. Metode desain deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasi masalah asuhan keperawatan pasien dengan gangguan konsep diri harga diri rendah di Ruang rawat inap Camar RSKJ Soeprapto Provinsi Bengkulu. Pelaksanaan tindakan keperawatan pada Tn. DP, Tn. H dan Tn. J sudah sesuai dengan rencana tindakan yang dibuat semua strategi pelaksanaan (SP) pasien dapat dilaksanakan dalam 6 kali pertemuan dalam 6 hari Asuhan keperawatan jiwa yang diberikan pada klien Tn. DP, Tn. H, dan Tn. J dilakukan melalui 5 tahap dari proses keperawatan yang terdiri dari pengkajian, diagnosa, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi.
